
MULTISEAL is a high-performance topical crystalline waterproofing and protective treatment powered by Multiseal Crystalline Technology, designed to enhance the durability and watertight performance of both new and existing concrete structures. When applied to concrete surfaces, MULTISEAL penetrates the pore structure and initiates simultaneous chemical interactions within the concrete matrix. The active components concentrate to form a protective hydrophobic repellent layer both on the surface and within the penetrated depth of the concrete. At the same time, the system activates the formation of hydrated SHIELD® Crystals within pores and capillaries while enabling proprietary ThermoHydric® regulation within the concrete matrix.
Beyond their initial formation, crystalline activity continues within pores and capillaries through capillary diffusion and moisture-driven migration, progressively refining the internal structure, reducing permeability pathways, and enabling self-healing of microcracks. Under varying environmental exposure, ThermoHydric regulation stabilizes internal transitions and moderates hygrothermal responses within the concrete, preserving structural equilibrium under cyclic wet–dry exposure, temperature variation, and aggressive service environments. This integrated protection provides permanent waterproofing and improves resistance to chloride ingress, carbonation, chemical attack, and freeze–thaw damage, ensuring superior durability and extended service life in aggressive infrastructure environments.
