
MULTISEAL ADMIXPLUS is a liquid crystalline waterproofing admixture powered by Multiseal Crystalline Technology, combining SHIELD Adaptive Crystals, a hydrophobic molecular pore-lining system, and proprietary ThermoHydric® regulation to deliver integral waterproofing and long-term durability from casting throughout the structure’s service life. Integrated directly into the concrete during batching, MULTISEAL ADMIXPLUS initiates sustained crystalline activation and ThermoHydric® regulation from the earliest stages of hydration under both hot and cold conditions. This internal regulation moderates heat evolution, controls peak temperatures, and stabilizes internal transitions, supporting balanced hydration and progressive microstructural development.
As the concrete matures, crystalline activity develops within pores and capillaries through capillary diffusion and moisture-driven migration, progressively refining the internal structure and limiting permeability pathways. At the same time, the hydrophobic pore-lining system establishes protection along internal pore walls, reducing capillary suction and limiting liquid water ingress while maintaining vapour permeability. MULTISEAL ADMIXPLUS promotes long-term hygrothermal stability and enables progressive self-healing of microcracks, delivering watertight, durable concrete with enhanced resistance to freeze–thaw stress, chemical attack, and moisture-driven deterioration, supporting resilient performance throughout the structure’s service life.
