The SHIELD Consortium is an initiative of the Shield of Concrete Innovation Centre, established by Leaselife Holdings to drive innovation in self-healing, sustainable, and climate-resilient concrete. SHIELD (Self-Healing Innovations for Enhanced Longevity and Durability) for Concrete has pioneered advanced self-healing concrete technologies, powered by SHIELD Crystals, to enhance durability, sustainability, and adaptability in extreme conditions.
Unlike traditional self-healing or crystalline waterproofing solutions, SHIELD Crystalline Technology strengthens concrete from the casting stage itself and actively manages phase changes within concrete caused by environmental conditions.
